Some Of The Current Classes We Offer

This class is for boys or girls, ages 3-6 years old. They focus on the basics of gymnastics. Examples include floor tumbling, bars, beams, vaulting, rings, parallel bars, balancing, coordination, conditioning, games, and lots of fun!
This class is for boys or girls, ages 7-12 years old. They focus on the basics of gymnastics. Examples include floor tumbling, bars, beams, vaulting, rings, parallel bars, balancing, coordination, conditioning, games, and lots of fun!
This class is for gymnasts that have or can do the basics of gymnastics. We start improving our basics into bigger skills and start working on body shapes and performing skills correctly rather than just trying them. If you are unsure about signing up for this class, please call us or talk to your current coach about moving into this class. This class is a skill based class, not necessarily based on age.
The Parent and Me class is for our young children and an adult to experience gymnastics together. The parent will help their child with the basics of gymnastics. This class will also focus on basic movements, balance, and listening skills. This class is a great way for children to learn structured play early on.
This class is for cheerleaders, dancers, or athletes that want to work on mainly floor tumbling, with some jumps and possible stunting mixed in as well.
Our ninja class is a blast! Have you seen American Ninja Warrior on TV?? Well, if you'd like to take part in the same fun they have, you need to join the Showtime Ninjas! We work on strength, flexibility, coordination, and racing through awesome obstacle courses!

We offer a fun filled hour and a half of time at our center! It's your party and we can make it work the way you'd like.
Typically, we do an hour of play time, and then 30 minutes of cake, ice cream, and presents that you can bring into our party room!
After the party is done, we will take care of the mess and you can walk away without any of the hassle of clean up!
If you'd like extra time, be sure to let us know!

We have some awesome add-ons for your party!
- Add more time if you don't think 1.5 hours is enough.
- Add more space. If you don't think one gym is enough, you can rent both gyms.
- Add one of our premium party themes. We offer special birthday parties with decorations for you.
- Add popcorn or cotton candy to enhance your party experience! We provide the supplies to enjoy each machine. Rent one or rent both for a super duper time! (An adult is required to run the machines - We will teach you how.)
